The FILO “Promise”

The FILO program promises to treat all members of the community without discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, nationality, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, or place of origin.

To maintain and continually improve relations with local Emergency Medical Services, Fire Departments, and First Response Teams, in every provincial, national and  international jurisdiction. To be sensitive to and adapt its training and resources to meet the growing and changing needs of all communities.

The FILO Team will achieve its mandate by continually maintaining and upgrading its standards and qualifications wherever possible and by using training and certification from recognized, existing emergency medical services and organizations.

NOTE:

Through a program called “Youth Career Path”  (YCP) FILOCanada.com will be a major part of all youth members careers. From the early years 7 to 12 and 13 to 21 the Youth Career Path Program will create an individual and personal plan for every youth. The CP Program goes beyond just encouraging a youth to follow their dream career, but all youth will be guided step-by-step until their dream becomes a reality.
